Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, I am mainly working online but do have limited face to face COVID compliant availability.
Online and Face-to-Face Psychotherapy and Counselling
Beeston Therapy is a bespoke Clinical Supervision, Counselling and Psychotherapy service offered to adults (including couples) and young people. The service is provided by Linda McConnachie who is a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist accredited by The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Clinical Supervisor recognised by UKCP.
Face-to-face, telephone and online counselling is available and technical platforms used include Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp and Facetime.
Working online, we can connect from anywhere and at a time that works for you. Face-to-face sessions take place in Nottinghamshire at The Humber Building in Beeston and Tranquility Holistic Therapy in Chilwell. Please see the Locations Map shown on this page.
A FREE initial telephone consultation is available where you can discuss your situation and decide whether you want to book a more in-depth session.
Linda's aim is to build a relationship with you which is involved, personal, professional and supportive . She promotes an environment which enables you to explore whatever is getting in the way of you living a healthy and balanced life. Perhaps you have experienced traumatic or abuse relationships, be experiencing loss, stress, anxiety, depression or questioning your sense of worth. There is evidence that working with an experienced Counsellor or Therapist can help in many ways, including uncovering unconscious parts of ourselves which could be keeping us stuck in old patterns. Understanding these and exploring them can open up opportunities to discover how you might make some changes personally or professionally.
