Psychotherapy, Counselling and Coaching for Adults and Children
Beeston Therapy Centre works with adults, adolescents and children. We provide an involved, personal, professional and supportive environment which enables individuals and couples to explore whatever is getting in the way of them living a healthy and balanced life. Working together with an experienced Therapist can help people discover how they might make some changes personally or professionally.
Linda McConnachie is a qualified, experienced Psychotherapist providing long and short term therapy. She is also Accredited by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
As a member of BACP's Children, Young People & Families Division, Linda also works within schools providing counselling for children 6-18 years of age.
Peer supervision is available for qualified counsellors and networking opportunities for counselling professionals.
Linda can help build your self-esteem so that you can have the healthy relationships and potential of making changes which you deserve. In counselling, this may be through working with your anxiety or sense of worth or through making sense of your attachment style, bereavement or loss...there are lots of thoughts and feelings which get in the way. She aims to build a meaningful, compassionate and supportive relationship which enables you to explore how long-lasting change and a healthier way of being is possible for you.
Linda's therapy room, which has disabled access, is in Beeston, Nottinghamshire.
Issues worked with include, depression, anxiety, attachment, childhood issues, trauma, bereavement and loss, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal tendencies, self-esteem and self-development.
You may already know the direction you want to take, be in that place where you don't know what's going on and what to do next...or something in between. Either way, Linda could help you move forward.
