Beeston Therapy is a bespoke Clinical Supervision, Counselling and Psychotherapy service offered to adults (including couples) and young people. The service is provided by Linda McConnachie who is a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist accredited by The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Linda uses use face-to-face, telephone and online methods including Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp and Facetime.
Working online means we can connect with from anywhere and at a time that works for you. Face-to-face sessions take place are in Nottinghamshire, Beeston NG9 and Nottingham NG7.

Linda is interested in your overall wellbeing. Her approach is involved, personal, professional and supportive and this enables you to explore whatever is getting in the way of living a healthy and balanced life.
There is evidence that working with an experienced Counsellor or Therapist can help you discover how you might make some changes personally or professionally. Linda is a degree qualified, experienced Psychotherapist providing long and short term therapy.
As a member of BACP's Children, Young People & Families Division, Linda works within schools and privately providing Counselling for children 6-18 years of age.
Individual and Group Supervision is available for qualified Counsellors and those in the helping professions.
Linda can help build your self-esteem so that you can have the healthy relationships and potential of making changes which you deserve. In Counselling, this may be through working with your anxiety, depression or sense of worth or through making sense of your attachment style, bereavement or loss where there are lots of thoughts and feelings which get in the way.
Linda has experience of working with a wide range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, attachment, childhood issues, trauma, bereavement and loss, self-harm, suicidal tendencies, self-esteem and self-development.
